Why Condo Market will surge in Toronto Area?

We have seen how condo market has surged in past few years. We still bid high on condos especially new condos projects. We would like to share our observation of current market trends. These are solely based on our own research and do not represent any organization.  Following are some of the reasons why we are bidding high on condo market in coming years.

1. Currently, immigration to Canada is approximately 300,000 people per year which is expected to increase one and a half time in coming years. One third of these immigrants settle in and around GTA and they will definitely need place to live and Condos are the best option to start.

2. Secondly, according to Ontario Home Builder Association, the supply of free hold dwellings is less as compared to the demand. This clearly           means that condo market is alternative option to buying a house.

3. Thirdly, with stringent mortgage rules, the affordability of houses has become very challenging which is motivating buyers towards condo market.

4. Fourthly, with the government change in USA, Americans are showing keen interest in real estate in Canada especially in Condos.

5. The vacancy rate of condos has reduced
